After successfully gaining online traction and selling her works through Instagram, Heidi began exhibiting her works widely over many group showings. With an increasing desire to transport viewers to the most profound and dream-like scenic scapes, her artistic style has steadily evolved in the early stages of her career, becoming more ethereal and mo re deeply concentrated on the presence of light. In 2024, she hosted her first successful solo exhibition and, in early 2025, she became a finalist in a number of prestigious Australian art awards. Heidi’s work is held in private collections overseas and locally.

What medium do you work with, and why have you chosen them?
Oil stick, pigment and inks in the initial layers to create depth and interest. Golden acrylics in the top layers for vibrancy.
How does your artwork get from initial concept to exhibition stage?
I use photographs that I have taken or asked to use and blend that with my imagination and memories.
Can you tell us a little more about your creative working environment/studio?
I have a home studio and often are painting with my young family making memories.
